Indoor operations mainly adopt single-girder and double-girder overhead traveling cranes, while gantry cranes are deployed outdoors. The main characteristics are as follows:
1. High anti-corrosion and harsh-environment resistant design High-performance anti-corrosion coatings are applied. The electrical system is equipped with moisture-proof and anti-condensation protection, and the steel structure maintains impact resistance under extreme temperatures.
2. Long span and high stability To maximize the utilization of yard space, the cranes are generally designed with a long span and cantilever arms. In addition, complete wind-resistant and anti-slip devices are fitted, including rail clamps, anchoring systems and linked wind speed monitoring modules, to guarantee absolute operational safety under extreme weather such as strong winds.
3. Automated functions Optional configurations include remote centralized control, automatic anti-sway and high-precision positioning technology.
