    A It features an integrated built-in structure where the planetary reducer is directly installed inside the drum, eliminating the independent gearbox of traditional hoisting mechanisms. This reduces the overall length by 30% and height by 20%. The motor is coaxially arranged with the drum and connected directly via a coupling, resulting in a short transmission chain and reduced energy loss.
  • Q How does the planetary wheel set achieve low maintenance?

    A The planetary wheel set follows the ISO 16949 design standard. Aerospace grease is added to both the planetary reducer and wheel bearings, and skeleton seals are used. This results in minimal wear during operation, thereby extending the service life of the wheels and reducing maintenance frequency.
  • Q What are the characteristics of the planetary reducer?

    A 1. Structure: ⑴ Composed of four basic components: sun gear, planet gear, planet carrier, and internal gear ring. ⑵ High-load-bearing dedicated full roller bearings are designed inside the planet gear and mounted on the planet carrier. ⑶ The planet carrier blank is forged from high-strength alloy steel to ensure it can withstand large impact and torque loads.
    2. Machining: ⑴ High machining precision, requiring specialized tools on high-precision machining centers, resulting in low noise. ⑵ Gear grinding process is used, achieving national standard precision levels 5-6. ⑶ The most advanced gear turning process (also known as rolling and slotting composite forming process) is adopted, allowing gear ring precision to reach 5-6 levels. After nitriding, precision can be guaranteed at level 7, whereas traditional slotting processes can only guarantee 8-9 levels.
    3. Assembly: ⑴ Cold and hot temperature difference method (expansion and contraction assembly) is used, involving heating or liquid nitrogen cooling for assembly to ensure precise fit. ⑵ To ensure uniform force distribution (load sharing) among each set of planet gears and smooth and consistent meshing transmission, group measurement and assembly are fully adopted. Before leaving the factory, aerospace grease is added inside the planetary reducer, and skeleton seals are used to reduce oil leakage risks.
    4. Performance: Made of 20CrMnTi material, designed for maintenance-free operation. Normal operating speed ratio i=6-300, customizable non-standard options. Small volume and large torque, single rope pulling torque can reach 2 million Newtons. At the same torque, its weight is approximately 1/10 that of conventional reducers. Suitable for crane hoisting and running mechanisms, tower crane hoisting and luffing mechanisms, and other large winch and high-speed cranes.
