The electric single-girder crane designed and manufactured in accordance with FEM European Crane standards and the JB/T1306 standard.
1. The crane primarily consists of a bridge frame, trolley, travelling drive system, electrical components, and an operating cab (for ground pendant control or remote operation).
2. The bridge frame comprises a main girder and end carriages connected by bolts, featuring a simple structure, excellent structural rigidity, proven fabrication techniques, and ease of storage and transportation.
3. The vehicle is equipped with a CD/MD wire rope hoist or a European-style electric hoist, which can be selected according to the on-site operating requirements;
4. The drive mechanism employs a split drive arrangement. The transmission methods fall into two main categories:
(1) A open/closed gear drive system, where the closed-end gear section utilizes a two-stage gear reducer driven by a conical rotor motor; alternatively, a soft-start motor may also be used for drive.
(2) Directly employs a three-in-one integrated reducer for transmission. The motor drives the three-in-one reducer, which then directly powers the wheels.

Mechanical Manufacturing Workshop: Handles the hoisting of raw workpieces, molds, heavy components, and finished products; assists in machine tool loading and unloading of materials; facilitates the transfer of semi-finished products between different production processes; and completes parts disassembly and assembly during equipment maintenance.
Assembly Workshop: Precisely lift large components or complete units to designated assembly stations, assist the production line in component positioning and fastening, and disassemble heavy-duty modules in the maintenance zone.

Product Operation Guide
All crane motions are controlled from the operator cabin or control panel. Operators are able to control the hoisting mechanism, as well as the start-up, braking, speed regulation and forward/reverse running of the motors for both the trolley travelling and crane long-travelling mechanisms. The control panel is equipped with power indicator lamps, emergency stop switches, start buttons, stop buttons, key switches and direction indicators; all directional movements are implemented by pressing the corresponding directional pushbuttons. Prior to crane operation, operators shall always check the surrounding area to ensure no personnel or obstacles are present nearby.

FAQ
1.Fault: When the button for the electric hoist is pressed,the matched motor cannot run normally and generates abnormal loud noise.
Root Causes:
1. The supply voltage is too low, leading to failure of the friction plate to disengage.
2. Three-phase power supply lacks one phase (phase loss).
Troubleshooting Solutions:
1. Adjust the input power supply voltage to the rated range.
2.Locate the fault point and eliminate the phase-loss defect.
2.Fault: Only the long-travel motor of the crane operates normally, whereas both the trolley traversing motor and hoisting motor cannot function.
Root Causes:
1. Poor contact on the common sliding contact line for the trolley leads to an open circuit and subsequent power phase loss.
2. Breakage occurs on the flexible cables of the current collector or the wiring of the sliding contact line.
Troubleshooting Solutions:
1. Check the trolley sliding contact line and restore good electrical contact.
2. Repair or replace the broken wire segments.
3.Fault: The crane long-travel motor can only run in a single direction.
Root Causes:
1. An open circuit occurs at the reverse-direction contact of the controller within the motor stator circuit.
2. The normally closed contact of the travel limit switch for the opposite direction is disconnected.
3. A malfunction is present in the power distribution circuit.
Troubleshooting Solutions:
1. Inspect all contacts in the directional stator circuit and restore reliable electrical contact.
2. Repair or replace the faulty limit switch.
3. Adopt the short-circuit test method to locate the fault point and rectify the failure.
4.Fault: The hoisting motor fails to start, whereas all other crane operating mechanisms work normally.
Root Causes:
1. Broken pendant control cable or malfunction of the upper lifting limit switch.
2. Poor contact / open circuit at the contacts of the motor stator circuit.
3. Snapped wiring terminals on the stator windings.
Troubleshooting Solutions:
1. Carry out maintenance on the faulty parts or replace them entirely.
2. Repair or renew the defective contacts.
3. Broken leads at stator winding terminals.
