Product Operation Guide

FAQ
1.Fault : The motor fails to start and emits abnormal loud noise after pressing the operation button
Root Cause:
1.Low supply voltage;
2.Circuit phase loss;
3.Poor contact within the control circuit.
Troubleshooting Solutions:
1. Adjust the power supply voltage to the rated value;
2.Inspect and rectify the circuit fault causing phase loss
3.Maintain the contacts of the control circuit to guarantee good electrical conduction
2.Fault : The crane long-travel mechanism runs normally, while the hoisting and cross-travel mechanisms fail to actuate.
Root Cause:
1.Poor contact of the conductor rail for the hoisting system
2.Broken wires on the current collector
Troubleshooting Solutions:
1.Repair the conductor rail to achieve tight contact and reliable electrical conduction;
2.Reconnect fractured cables and implement qualified insulation protection.
3.Fault : The crane travelling mechanism can only run in a single direction and fails to respond when switched to reverse travel.
Root Cause:
1.Open-circuited contacts of the reverse control device;
