System Composition

The Automatic Uncoupling System mainly consists of three components:

Automatic Uncoupling Device

The main lifting and hook release unit, designed to perform the mechanical opening and closing functions.

Industrial Remote Controller

Allows the operator to remotely control hook opening and release operations from a safe working position.

PLC Control Module — Optional

Enables the device to communicate with automated crane systems and external control systems for integrated lifting and material handling operations.

Depending on the application, optional weighing modules, magnetic hook modules and multi-device control configurations are also available.

How It Works

The Automatic Uncoupling Device is installed between the lifting equipment and the load.

Once the load has been lifted, transported and positioned at the designated location, the operator can send a release command using the industrial remote controller. The device then opens the hook, allowing the load to be released without manual unhooking.

For automated applications, the optional PLC control module can receive external control signals and coordinate the release operation with crane movements, load positioning and production processes.
